MALLORCA

In Mallorca, the main sport is sailing. From those who come with their own yacht or rent it " in situ ", up to the small cruising or surfing.
To realize maritime organized excursions or to rent yachts and sailboats, there are different ways of enjoying the sea. Besides, there are sailing courses, scuba diving, canoeing, water skiing, swimming in many points of the island.
With a privileged situation in the Mediterranean, Mallorca enjoys an incomparable moderate weather. Even the maximum temperatures of the summer are too excessive, supporting a relative uniformity during the whole year. Humidity is characterized by the small oscillations, being constant on all the stations of the year, about 70 %.

GASTRONOMY: Mediterranean Diet. Made up with what is cultivated  in the island, basic is the culture of vegetables, fruits. Cattle like the pork or pig, and the lamb, besides the products of hunting, out of the season like rabbit, partridge, and products of the sea with immense variety of rock fish.

CRAFTS: We can distinguish the shoe industry  from Inca, Seva and Llucmayor, likewise the leather articles, the cotton fabrics with Mallorca drawings, the ceramics, the glass and the embroideries. Also the pearls made in Mallorca are unique for their beauty and duration.
